What you are seeing in the pictures is the e-brake assembly which sits inside the rotor hat.

I may need to do this soon....I'm starting to get a small shake at higher speeds

ohh ok i see, do all g35's have a separate drum brake system for the e brake?

Yes all (2003-2006) have the same e-brake system. I think the G37 might also but I'm not sure.

Nice pics. I assume the hub is easily removed and the only thing to do is pull/press the new bearing on?

IMHO, it looks like the seal failed and dirt got into the bearing.

are you talking about the axle nut that goes over all of it? hmm maybe different terms but if that's what your'e talking about then it should be between 160lbs and 180lbs good sir

Alright I need your guys help... Around 30 mph exactly I get a pretty bad like humming /vibration from the rear then it goes away right before I stop. Just got my brakes done, and it doesnt shake or anything at really high speeds. Is this my wheel bearing going? ONLY 29K on the freakin car BTW!!!

Sounds more like an issue with alignment or a tire(s) out of balance.
