350z vs g35

350z vs g35

well i no there is a few people who have a g35's and is using the 350z suspension....i was just wondering is that safe? i have a coupe and i'm lookin in to get the 350z sportlines. should i or not?????

I spoke to eibach and they don't recommend it. they said the g35 coupe is heavier then the z and the sring ratin is diff.

does that mean the 350z is not allowed to have a passenger over 150lbs?? Eibach is taking out of their a$$ and are trying to sell u a spring.

i no man...i want to bad. i was thinkin about gettin the g35 sportlines but i dont think it will drop me as low as that.

Most G35 spring rates are crap - the Z springs are much stiffer = better cornering

Yes, it's safe. I have that setup. Just monitor your (inner) tire wear and get an alignment periodically...

You'll be fine just replace your shocks with aftermarket shocks as well. Your oem shocks won't last long with 350Z sportlines.

In which case, if you're going to spend the $$ on springs AND dampers, you might as well spend a little more and get coilovers.

thats true....i was thinkin about gettin the tein basic, but i want my car to be slam and the back dont go down far enough, but i saw some guys that have the tein basic and they slam the hell out of the car. what r they doin?
also what happens when u blow a shock out on your coilovers?
