Alignment and Upper A-arms Question?!?!
So I got my alignment redone at West Covina Nissan yesterday after having 350z Htechs for a few months..and came up with these specs for the front
Camber: Left: -1.7 Right: -2.0
Caster: Left: 8.8 Right: 8.7
Toe: Left: 0.05 Right: 0.04
Problem is I see some inner tire wear that I dont think is supposed to be there..but I'm not sure if it is considered comparable with stock suspension given the G's tires dont last long to begin with.
SO, wondering how necessary the upper control arms are at this point. I'll be flipping the tires soon but still dont wanna have to replace tires every year. I just do regular driving with ~65% highway with a little over 1k miles a month

that alignment looks fine, if you are getting alot of inner wear, then it would be a good idea to look at a-arms, you won't be able to adjust anything on the current suspension that will make that inner wear go away. I have the same problem because 85% of my driving is freeway, so inner wear is inevitable without camber correction

Whoa quick response lol
hmm the alignment guy said itll last for another 6 months and its been 6 months since the drop...12k for tires?!? not good imo...
so SPC vs SPL?
I'd like at least 1.0-1.5 degrees positive camber adjustability
Do people still have knocking/light problems with the revised SPC kits?

1-1.5 degrees of positive adjust is too much IMO, you shouldn't need more than 1-1/2 degree of positive adjustment. Personally I would just purchase the cusco/ichiba a-arms which have ~1/2 degree of positive adjustment. Going much higher than that and handling performance is going to be negatively affected

unless you meant to get the cusco/ichiba regardless of the drop?
