Installation price for springs...

How much am I looking at to get a shop to swap out my G springs for Tein S techs.

So far one shop quoted me 620, and another shop quoted me 320..

$620 to swap out springs?!?!?!?!

How much did you guys pay?

Should I just man up and do it myself?

I was quoted 400 twice, it's the standard rate for the R & R of the front and rear suspension. Find an "import" shop, they may give you a much better deal. Lots of people here got it done for under 200. I did it myself and it was not that hard. Very satisfying to do it yourself. I have done all my mods except for the clear bra.

$150 is the max I would pay. I found a local guy to do it for me for $80.

The rear springs are really easy to change. The fronts take more effort, but aren't too difficult that you can't change them in the garage.

I say diy, it's fun and you'll feel more accomplished, and you'll save $$$

^+1 on fronts being harder. My swap took like 12 hrs but I didn't have an impact wrench or whatever.

If you have the mechanical know how, save the cash, buy a six pack and DIY.

It should be anywhere from 150-200 at a decent place.
