Grinding noise only on first brake after start up

Hey guys,

After I start up my engine, I hear some grinding noise when I brake for the first time coming down my drive way or when my car shifts from 1st to 2nd (5AT). I only hear this after not driving for a bit so it's only occasionally. The car is an '07 and only has 12k miles on it. Any ideas?

I tried searching and found something about the ABS not warming up?

Also, would aftermarket springs, shocks, and rims void the warranty that covers this?

Thanks

Sounds line you got bit by the "self tet" syndrome. It happens on every G35 at about 3-4 mph on every startup/takeoff. It is normal.
