anyone that's lowered...i need help plz..
i tried the search button, but couldn't find what i was looking for. i looked in the brake and suspension, but no help either. well, i dropped the front driver side on 350z s-tech, but doesn't seem to be low at all. looks like it dropped a little over 1/2 inch only and i know it's suppose to drop lower than that. before the drop, i had a three finger gap. after the drop, i had a two finger gap. this can't be right, right? i followed the d.i.y on here and everything went smoothly except it wasn't as low as i expected. i did notice that on the chart that came with the s-tech, it says for the g35 you have to cut the rubber bump stop(i believe 1.2" or something like that). the d.i.y doesn't mention anything about cutting the bump stop. am i suppose to cut it? i didn't want to cut it and find out later that i'm not suppose to. do i have to change the other front passenger first to get the right drop? i wanted to make sure first before i do anything to the other side. any help will be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance.

EDIT: installed all four springs and here's the picture of the before and after. not the best shots, but hope this will do.
before shots:
after shots:
i think it's a decent drop. it's not too low so i don't scrape everywhere i go and it looks nice too.

You should try putting both springs on the front and rear (all four)... not just the front passenger... It might go lower that way and it might settle a little after a while. the bump stop is in the front underneath the bumper and im lowered more than your s-techs will go and i didnt touch it.
