how do i buy Oc autosport rotors?
this might sound silly, but its only because ive been ripped off on ebay before.
do i just go to the buy it now price and they send me a tracking number?
they dont have a products lisst on their website

you can try calling them?
since you're not local, i would assume that they'd just direct you to their ebay store. they have a lot of positive feed back, so it seems like you'd be ok.
