Are the SPL Upper A arms plug and play??

I've been reading up on the SPL A arms via 350Z.com and here. Can anyone who has installed me tell me if they are plug and play? I'm just wondering if there is anything else that's needed when installing these before I commit to buying them. I've already ordered a set of the bushings from Nissan...

It comes with everything you need to install them and work on your G. You should be able to dial in the alignment if you gauge off your last alignment printout, then get a shop to fine tune the specs.

What bushings are you talking about?
