mynismo.com is my recommendation. They are great to talk with because of their knowledge and patience answering my questions. I also have bought all of my tires at tirerack.com and they have a good selection of brake products. OEM pads or Nismo R-Tune pads have been ones that I have been most happy with so far.

It's not that hard to replace Disk Brakes.
You'll save a lot of $$$$$ finding a friend to help you replace them.

+1 on the Nismo Pads. Unfortunately if you have Brembo Brakes, they will only work for the rear. Just like Akebono Racing Pads, they are too thick for the Front Brembo Calipers. I've heard good stuff about Project MU.

I have the Nismo R-Tune pads front and rear on my Brembos. The only issue I had with the front pads was they had a tiny bit of excess metal on the sides of the back plate that needed to be filed down. Like a mold seam...just a tiny bit of metal in a fine small line sticking out. Ten seconds of hand filing the sides of the metal backing of the pads and they slid right in!

Obviously I went a little overboard on the rotors but I love them.

The orange pads are the Nismo pads. I didn't take a picture of them sliding into the caliper.
