OEM vs AFTERMARKET BRAKEPADS/ROTORS?

Hey,
Im new here in this forum and im about to change my brake pads, i got 1 week last on the pads.

I did a research about brake pads and rotors.
So one guy told me the after market brake pads(non brembos) will squeal more than an OEM pad.
Is that true ?
Will a aftermarket drilled and slotted rotor be better and make less noises than an OEM rotor?

because i've been looking over and over about aftermarket brake pads.
They say :
High friction/torque hot or cold
Extremely low dust
Gentle on brake rotors
Virtually Noise-free
Much improved braking over OE
Longer pad life.

So im confused. The guy is goning to charge me 60 bucks for the labor if i take my own brake pads and rotors.
What should I go for ? OEM brake pads? or aftermarket ?

It's almost impossible to find pads that do everything. There is a trade offs. It's up to you do decided where your priorities lie

$60 for labor on all 4 rotors and 4 pads is cheap!
