Speedraver - your car looks fvcking sick! Congrats! I wanted to get mine black chromed but couldn't justify spending the extra $250 to do it
I tried again with it both on the ground and on jackstands. I even tried one side up at different heights. Also tried rotating the cross bar. I still could not get it to fit, any other suggestions??

Its soo close as you can see in my 3rd pic

I got my bar installed today, i was able to get the cross bar in by bending it just enough using a crescent wrench in order to fit the other bolt it. the only problem now is that my hood will not close all the way. I'm going to have to figure out a way to bend the passenger side bracket for better clearance. I'll post pics tomorrow showing how i used the crescent wrench...so far, the bar has made an amazing difference in high speed corning! i love it!!!

Scott told me all the bars are exactly the same the only thing that varies between the installs is the cars. So I guess my car is slightly tweaked in the front (compared to the car he used to fab the bars with)

^This is true. The mounts and the bars come out a jig, so they are exactly the same in every way except for the ones modified to fit vortech/turbo cars.

Post them up, Lekker.

I won't be able to see my bar until next week, despite the fact that it's arrived.

only if it fits... the last few install posts have been less than stellar...

Hard tracking reviews would be good too...
