I just installed 06 Z springs and struts on my 05 G sedan and it lowered it about an inch all the way around. Many people recommend putting coupe springs in the rear for a more even look, but honestly, I think the car looks great with Z springs front and rear. I had the sport susp too, but opted to use the the Z struts. I think you'll be fine with the sport struts though. Good luck.

The ride is a little stiffer, but not enough for the wifey to complain, though she was used to cruising around in my lowered, full pillow balled STi for the last few years I like the feel and really wasn't expecting to notice a huge difference in handling since I already had the sport supension, but the revised z suspension really sharpened things up. Now all I need are some sway bars and I think I'll be good in the suspension department. I was planning to post some pictures soon, but haven't had the time to take any, plus the weather hasn't been cooperating lately down here in the panhandle of Florida.
