Lowering Car... Which Route?
I have searched and did gain some knowledge about the various springs out there, but I'm still a bit undecided and need to be pointed in the proper direction.
Currently I have an '06 sedan (NO sport package) and current tire size is 225/30/zr-20. Yes, they are quite thin and pretty stretched, they came with the rims when I bought them. I am going to replace them down the line when they wear out, still not sure how wide I want to go, but generally 245's all around or maybe 255's (265 if possible) in the rear with 35 for the profile.
I will be using the OEM shocks as well and was wondering which springs to go with. I was thinking some OEM 350z springs as I don't want any rubbing. I know the spring rates are different for revised and unrevised 350z OEM shocks, but given my future application, would would be the better route and would I still need a camber kit?

Wow, I didnt know the made rubber bands that look like tires!
It all depends on how low you want to go. Do you want a sportier ride? Or are you looking for Low low low? Do some searching for lowered sedans.
Pick up a camber kit for at least the rear if your gonna lower it. I recommend getting front as well. Just remember tires for 20" wheels are expensive. The alignment will be worth it in the end.

Lol @ rubber band man. Yeah they are extremely thin. I guess I forgot to mention my goals. I wouldn't mind an inch drop, that would probably be plenty. I want to maintain the stock ride quality, but don't want anything rougher. IF it is a tad rougher, then I might go for it, but for now I think the 1" would be fine, especially when I get thicker and wider tires.

I think 350z s-techs would offer the drop you would like. Along with say a 35 wall height on some new tires (to fill the wheel well). These springs will rough it up a bit, but its not a nasty ride either. Option #2 would be 350z H-techs. These springs will give less of a drop, but more of a quality ride. Dunno man. G/L with your purchases.
And also this is just the Tein route. There are plenty of other options here and with other spring/suspension manufacturers.
