in a straight line, the sway bars will make no difference in stiffness, they only come into play when there is body roll. The 350z stechs aren't even that stiff, almost the same rates as your OEM sport suspension. The G s-techs have horrible springrates, and are way to soft for a performance minded vehicle IMO

Alright Redlude, you've given me the confidence I need to continue. I'll stick with the 350z s.techs and let everyone know how the ride feels when I get everything installed. Thanks

I was just re-reading this old thread of mine, and realized I never updated everyone on how the ride feels. I went with the Tein 350z s.techs SPC front and rear camber kit, and Stillen swaybars.

The ride feels great, its nice and stiff, almost no body roll, but the ride is not so stiff to the point that i'm bouncing around inside the car. I think I picked a great setup, I would absolutely recommend it to anyone!

The only thing I want to do different is get stiffer end links. Anyone have a recommendation on which end links to get?

Once you know the driving weight at each wheel easy to select the springs based on their real wheel stiffness per inch and the fore aft weight ratios and weight of driver, typical gasoline load weight.

Adjustable Sway bars are used to fine tune between common spring stiffness rates.

The question you have to answer is what do I want my over/understeering ratios to be entering a curve, in the apex and power on leaving the curve.

Obviously speed is a factor as are tires and their temperature.

Most people are happy to get with 15>10% of BEST.

Suspension design software will get you within 3%.

Remember with 20 gallons on board the rear changes 8% from full to empty, so always decide where to design at what fuel load.
