Been hearing this wierd whistling type noise when im going slow, also when i LIGHTLY apply the brakes the noise gets more noticeable, no noise when i apply the brakes with good amount of pressure... I just recently installed 20's on the car.... the brake pads were just replaced 6months ago(oem nissan)...

anyone have any idea what this could be?
