03 G35 sedan in particular?

background:
I had a mechanic change my brakes with OEM Nissan pads, but they squeak once warmed down when going from 5 to 0mph. I checked them out today and I noticed that there are no shims installed, and all I see is the blue OEM Nissan brake pad.

Use a new brake shim kit, go to the Infiniti dealer for that.

The elastometric [rubberized] coating on shims changes with heat and effectively wears out. If as new is desired then new shims with every pad replacement.
