Exclamation URGENT - Suspension noise, from rear driver coilover

for reference - coilover are mono flex about 1-1.5 finger space low, have hotchkis sways on medium, all spc camber parts, and all gt spec bars

My rear driver coilovers are making a metal clanking noise. jacked it up this evening and i think it's the lower collar, not sure if there is a way to tighten it back up. The center rod part is kinda loose also is this a defect or just something i can fix. It's annoying as hell some help please, i don't want this to fail specially since i have to drive it more with making this noise.

from a picture i found on the web,
it's the lower pillow lower collar that's somewhat loose

if it's really loose, why not just add a spacer/collar in there to rid the play?

yah, that lower collar probably cracked and fell off somewhere.

ok super late update, but anyways it was fine for a while till it started to get cold again, it used to make little noise across only large bumps, but as the temp started to drop it got worse this year. Finally had time to take them out this week, and found out it was the bolt holding the collar down, if you have tein's check the bolt highlighted below to make sure it's tight, and no more noise.

again this is what was making the noise in my case, this may not be the case with yours
