Brakes Need advice on installing rear rotors

Hi--I am trying to install rotors on the rear of my 04 G35X. The problem is that I can remove the caliper bolts and remove the caliper. But there are 2 more bolts that need to be loosened to remove the rotor--I can't seem to loosen them--does anyone have any advice on how I may be able to get them loose. Keep in mind that I am a tall, skinny guy with not much muscles and no spinach!!!

use a breaker bar. If you don't have one, get a piece of pipe or something that can "extend" the length of your wrench or whatever tool you're using.

Mike--Thank you. I have a breaker bar--the bolts don't quite fit the 19mm socket. There is a little play but the 18mm is too small. I will try the breaker bar--there's just not much room in there. I didn't know if I even needed to remove them but you sound like you know what I'm talking about!!

Hmm... the bolts SHOULD be 19mm.

double length = double the torque. Just be careful to keep your socket/wrench ON the bolt (may want someone to steady it for you).

You don't want to accidently break or strip something that important.

If you have it on jacks, you'll need to make sure the car is VERY secure.

Jack only as much as absolutely needed, and have wheel chocks on all 3 other tires. Strap the car into place if you can.... you wanna make sure the car DOES NOT MOVE when you're putting a load on that bolt.

You'll be very unhappy if the car just drops to the floor.

WOOOOO HOOOOOOOO!!!!! FINALLY!!!! Once the bolt was off--it almost was finished in an instant!! But since I am a dummy, I took off the stupid spindle bold or whatever it's called--but, for a first timer whose never done a brake job ever--that was pretty dang simple. Thank you to everyone for their help!!

Next up--Driver side rear tomorrow night!

What is it like replacing and installing the front rotors\pads for a first time brake job?

I didn't do the front but my dad said getting the bolts off are easier because you can turn the wheels.

^Make sure the e-brake is disengaged.

What I did to get mine off was spray the hub with PB Blaster then take a long screw driver and put it inside the veins of the rotor...then wiggle back and forth. Do this on multiple sides of the rotor...it will eventually come loose. You can also try using a rubber mallet to hit the rotor from behind.
