Hey guys. Here's the deal.... REALLLY confusing and difficult to explain

2003 g35

When I drive over bumps, I hear something bouncing/shaking in the front, sounds like coming from near the front tires that say "clunk".

When I'm driving over 40mph and i brake, my car starts making a really loud noise, shaking, and the same clunk clunk clunk making sounds at a faster pace. I could kinda feel it from the passenger or driver side floor. Mind you when I'm not braking, theres no noise, however sometimes it will rattle again after letting go of the acceleration.

At low speeds, when I put my foot on the brakes, it makes a "clap" sound. As if when i'm putting the brakes on....its touching something.

Took it to 2 mechanics. They both said its the CONTROL ARM.

My problem -
1. Both mechanics were unable to exactly tell me WHICH control arm, meaning lower, upper, A, i have no clue. (Friend of mine said its probably the lower)
2. I'm on a budget, and both mechanics said it would be cheaper if I could find the buschings and replace it... OK but WHAT bushings?

Again there are several buschings I can purchase....

My question, according to the problems I've described, what bushings should I purchase and has anyone had a similar problem? My car sounds so horrible. To top it off I have a bad cold/flu myself.

Check out my thread and look at the pics i have posted. You might wanna jack your car up and take a look at your lower control arm and see if you have the same pushed through bushing like i have on mine. I still am on a search to figure out what friggin bushing to buy to replace this is this is your problem also.
