Sedan vs Coupe compatability?

I recently picked up some B&G S2 springs for my G35 coupe. I couldnt pass up the deal and know many BMW/Volkswagen guys that love them. Im hoping they are just as good on the G35, but for some reason not as popular?

Anyway when purchased I was assured the springs would give me the advertised drop on a coupe but didnt specify which model it was for (just said G35 03+). After getting home the part number is different for the coupe and sedan depending on the site you go to. The advertised drop is the same for both, some sites have it listed as the same part, others dont......I'm confused.

If it says 1.4" drop, and ends up being springs for a sedan...what kind of drop would it give the coupe? Or are they the same spring?

Most aftermarket springs for the G will lower the sedan an average of 0.5" more than the coupe so I would bet these are more like 1" drop for the coupe.

and even less on the back... I was really aiming for 1.5" and thought these were going to be almost perfect. I cant believe I didnt run that part number through google BEFORE starting, but luckily Ive only done the back two.

I know they will settle but after noticing no difference (almost looked higher), I figured it would be a smart thing to check before doing the rest.
