I was changing my oil the other day and noticed this bushing, on what I'll call the control arm, appears to be slipping. Any thoughts on this? I was actually able to take a pry bar and pry it back into place... but I'm gunna bet I shouldn't be able to do that. It has since gone back to the pictured position. Pretty sure its covered under my Extended Protection Plan, though I need to hurry and take it in... it will expire in about 3k miles. Anyone else noticed or even looked for this? Not sure how it happened. Anyways... just thought I'd share and get some comments.

Wow. That sucks. I've never seen this before.

Get to the dealer and get that fixed while you can.

 

Both of mine did that and I had to replace the whole arm.

 

Were you able to get them to pay for it?
