So how do all of you guys determine the adjustment on your strut bar?? I just lowered it as far as possible to clear the hood. Any input??

Well you gotta keep it as low as possible, but not so low that it hits your plenum. That won't be a problem with a stock plenum but I have an APS Tallboy which I had to make sure that bar wasn't sitting on.

Btw, I use the GT Spec bar but I had the NRG bar before for a couple of days.

Yes, so does the NRG. But the NRG was way too high for me and my hood was hitting it. I sold it to a member on my forum and the fitment on his car was fine, no problems.

The Gt Spec I keep it somewhere in the middle and it clears my APS no problem, and the hood doesn't touch it. Plus it looks twice as beefy as the NRG.

I also used to have the Circuit Sports strut bar, but that was not adjustable and my APS rub on it sometimes, I guess when the engine is revving hard or on big bumps?

make sure your driver side bracket doesn't rub the AC line. if it's touchign it will rub over time and that will mean disaster if it makes a hole.
