Coupe or sedan? How low do you wanna go? If search didn't work, you may be doing it wrong.

Briefly, 350z springs will lower a coupe 0.5", a sedan 1.0" and a sedan X 1.5". Beyond that, you're into the aftermarket, search on "Tein", "coilovers", "Eibach", you should get several bezillion hits.

you can get aftermarket springs only and it won't affect your shocks too much if you stay w/in an inch (for sedans).

Oh yeah, the shock thing. 05-up Z spring rates are high and will kill your shocks if you are in a non-sport car (03-05 sedan sport shocks are RED, to help you tell) so the best way is to swap shocks and springs at the same time OR run unrevised (03 and 04 generally, but you can tell cuz they have two red and one white dots on them) springs with sedan sport shocks.

Clear as mud? Search lots, read lots, you'll get it.

it all depends on how low you want to go...it is recomended that if you go with springs that you go ahead and upgrade the shocks. most lowering springs have a higher spring rate and they compress the shocks piston more than stock springs, thus giving you more of a chance to blow them. for coilovers you get the ability to adjust how low you want the car to be. spring/shock combo are a bit cheaper than coilovers.

it is recomended that you get rear camber kits and toe bolts
depending how low your fronts are you may need front camber arms
