Will the gtspec rear lateral and rear tie brace fit

I own a g35 coupe 04, with the borla true dual cat back exhaust... I was just wondering if anyone with this setup has purchased the two rear gtspec braces, and got them to fit...,

(or would anyone know if these would fit with the borla exhaust?)
