even though i bought my tein cs used they still honor that?

 

^As long as you have the part numbers they should. I've had three sets of Tein. I had the basic which I sent out to get rebuilt prior to installing, and the Flex. I brought them both used but since I wanted a fresh setup I just called them myself and spoke with someone in customer service. Here is the link I used when I did mine

Just go direct. I don't even think they ask you where you got them from.

Take a pic of the suspension and post it up. They are most likely going to ask you to do this anyways. I'd just like to see how it was installed and you can look to see if there is grease under the dust cover too.

 

Why didn't you just DL this from their website?
