DIXIE/401 INFINITI!
And to all the people I am not getting it done there, I just asked for a quote to do a brake job on my Brembos while I was there! Also for the aftermarket part, he told me that aftermarket brembo stuff doesnt fit right and squeeks. Haha I just thought it was funny that they quote that price!

haha i feel your pain. when i had my evo i called up mitsu for a price on rotors and pads and i was doing the install myself and they guy looked up the price for the rotors and laughed. i said whats so funny? he says the rotors are $403 a piece and pads are $165 for the front and $155 for the rear. after we both had another good laugh he said you better go after market. but after having the brembos on the evo and now my g a brake job on these cars are cake.

I had the exact same experience. I nearly laughed my *** off and I think I even pointed at the guy and asked him
...are you simple...do I LOOK SIMPLE
Anyway, I quickly went on driver and did a search and found a video from a guy who did his own Brembo brakes. That was 2004 and I havent looked back since.
The Brembos are by far, the easiest brake system I have ever worked on. I can replace the rotors and pads in about 1 hour once I have the car on jack stands. It literally only takes a pair of pliers, a screwdriver and a C clamp to replace the pads - and maybe 2 beers.
DIY, become knowledgable, keep your money and stick it to the dealer.
