Another spring question. sorry

So I just ordered a front and rear camber kit, I just cant decide what spring to get, I'm considering the Tanabe DF210, and the tein s-tech.

I'm really want the Tanabe DF210, but I've read mixed reviews, some say they love them, and others say the springs sag, and the have horrible ride quality. The tein s-tech (350Z) only give a 1ich drop.

My questions are, do the Tanabe DF210 sag over time? how is the ride quality?
Do the s-tech (350Z) really only give you a 1ich drop?
Is there a spring that will give me an aggressive drop with out sacrificing ride quality, please help me out, I'm just trying to get this right the first time

thanks in advance,
-Al
