just to address this issue and to give you guys some updates on this matter, these bolts are made by one of the biggest and most known suppliers of their type (not a really cool title to have, king company of bolts, but still), and they have a world patent on these bolts for their design. they are more resillient (sp) and stronger than the SS bolts they offer.
a good news update for those who wanted SS bolts for the look factor, Alliance may be able to have the bolt heads anodized to match the calipers so they will look better. updates to come as they are available

I just installed my fronts tonight and love them, but I didn't use the brake lines they supplied since they don't have the factory mounting locations and I couldn't see a good way to mount them without them interfering with the movement of the suspension. Any of you guys that have done installs have any pics of how you installed the brake lines? I was looking at other companies like Stillen and they have brake line kits that mount the same way as the factory line. That's what should have been supplied with this kit.

Man! I love your 350Z!

I have a silver G-35 but man I am afraid to spend all that money on rims and brakes just to get my car stolen. Brings so much attention to the car.

I like the blue and silver look. my favorite combination of colors.

Hmm i agree mounting the lines were a tad bit tricky but I got them installed as to where they don't rub on the wheels. I got to get my splinedrive key for my Mcguard Lugs(cause I lost it), but after i do that I'll take the wheel off and take pics of how my shop installed the brake lines. Should make it easier for everyone else to do the install

Just get the wheels and brakes and make sure you add insurance for your aftermarket parts and your good to go. Not too much more per year for added insurance

I ended up sending them back and getting Goodrich lines that mount exactly like the factory lines do. Plus they are a much better quality then what they shipped us with the Alliance kit.

I pay $200 a year for 20k worth of accessory insurance.

Yea, just for your brakes and wheels, $200 a year is so worth it for just the piece of mind. What insurance company do you have? I still need to add it to my plan but I haven't had time or I keep forgetting lol

I just switched from Geico to Allstate. They let you buy accessory insurance at 5k increments.

Inurance

I was will Allstate but man they were expensive for me. They weren't doing me any favors. I was with them for 9 years.

I switched over to progressive.

Thanks for the advice on the extra insurance for mods.
