I have plenty of customer's reviews, many who have had other brands (mu, stoptech, AP) who have nothing but outstanding things to say about their quality. two of our guys bailed out of stoptech and rotora sponsorships due to their low quality kits (seizing pistons, HORRIBLE customer service, etc), and they repeatedly speak of their quality and how much better they are in performance and quality, not to mention customer service

for clarification, my stoptech brakes have performed well at three track events.

their customer service has also been top notch. When I had questions about brake pad application for those track events, they responded same day via email. When I had questions about part numbers, they were also quick to respond. I have not had any issues with my 14" BBK.

i think there are very few people out there who would lump Stoptech and Rotora in the same sentence. Were the seizing pistons, horrible customer service, etc directed specifically at Stoptech AND Rotora or one directed at one and the other directed at the other?

yeah im not badmouthing them by any means, they're obviously one of the best in the industry, thats just why he got on board. i didnt get into it with him, but he was on a sponsorship with them (stoptech) and after refusing to repair/replace his caliper (even if he wasnt sponsored they were still within whatever their warranty timeframe is) he jumped ship. by no means bashing another company, just reiterating what i was told.
