when i had to change mine i heard a growling/ grinding noise comming from the bad bearing. if u are under 48,000 miles take it back to your infiniti dealership, they should cover it under warranty.

Had a loud, pulsating hum while driving on the highway. People driving behind me also said my wheel looked wobbly.

I noticed a hum when i start driving over maybe 30mph and also on the highway. can the hum be heard outside of the car? what else can you look for to tell if they are going bad?

jack up the car and wobble the wheel

If there is some play then your bearings are prolly gone.

Also try spinning the wheel, if you hear some scratching change the bearing.
