i have this same problem in my front struts.. subscribed to see if anyone knows the answer

 

hey, could be the shock.Very rare in this product. I've never changed a shock in our dealer.Shouldn't your car still be under warrenty? Check that out.
We've done mods on the rear splines inside of the hubs....need to install special grease so the splines don't jam inside and make a creaking noise.

 

I dont know if i still have waranty. I just want to see if there is an easy fix so that i dont have to take it to the dealer.
