First off, sorry for the noob question here...

I'm a new owner as of Saturday of a 2005 IP G35C.

I have a steep driveway and the G35 barely makes it at stock height.

How about upgrading the struts on OEM springs?

Worth it? I bought the car 40K. I assume they are the original struts.

 

I dont' see a problem with using aftermarket shocks to gain a touch more stiffness if you want it. Tokico adjustables or Koni adjustables would be a nice choice.

or the Tokico blues (non adjustable) might work fine.
