The previous owner did alignment bout 4K miles ago, i wanted to see if i need a camber kit?

Yah you need one from what I know remember the front camber max should be -1.6 and the rear -1.8 to be in spec.

I would at a minimum run one in the rear. The front isn't horrible but there will be some excess wear on the insides

Assuming have the stock sport tuned suspension and 19" wheels, your specs are off.
I recently got an alignment on my 2005 Coupe 6MT (sport suspension and 19" wheels) and one of my rears was -2.5. The other side was -2. They were able to bring it to within spec (-1.8 or so) without a kit.
