Will I rub...

Just oreder a set of 19" Tenzo Type Ms (Matte Black) with 245/35 F and
275/35 R tires. Rims will be here on wednesday. Offsets are 17 front and 22 rear, riding on stock height.
I have 15mm spacers in the rear and im wondering if im going to be rubbing,
and if they will even be needed with such low offsets? I think the offsets should take away most of the camber, just wondering if spacers will cause a 275 tire to rub?

Without rolled fenders yes. Just roll your fenders and call it good

I know nothing about rolling the fenders, where would I have
to take it to have that done? and how much? Might just leave the
spacers off and sell them in that case....

Just look up auto shops in your area and call and ask if they have experience with rolling fenders. Thats what I would do.
