Spring Install?

Hey, I have a 2004 G35X, and I actually have a set of coupe springs laying around that I have thought about putting on.

I'm just curious, do I need a spring compressor or some kind of tool to remove them? Also, anyone have a DIY as to how to get at them? I've looked, but can't find any.

You will need a spring compression to remove the oem springs, too much tension on the upper mount.

If you can take a picture that show's how the front shock sits in the control arm, I can write a DIY on the spot. I can do the install with my eye's closed on the RWD cars, don't want to cause you misery because I sent you down the wrong path with your different front suspension.

In that case, I might just take it to my buddies shop and have him do it, as I don't have a spring compression tool.
