SPC toe bolt..where does it go?? (PICS)

SPC toe bolt..where does it go?? (PICS)

just installed the rear spc camber kit, but where does the toe bolt go? spc told me it goes rite above the camber arm and other people told me it replaces the bolt for the inner side of the camber arm( i took a pic n circled the place where people told me to put it in red) and circled in blue is where spc told me to put it(blury pic, i know)..can anyone tell me where i put this bolt? pics would help, thanks.

Neither place...it replaces the inside bolt where the rear spring cup is.

Thanks a lot. thats where i thought it went. i wonder why jeff at SPC told me it goes above the camber arm??
