Different sized pistons is common on BBK's. Stoptech and AP both do it. The larger piston often at the top of the caliper with respect to forward rotor rotation.
I bought them from Concept Z. I bought the caliper only kit for the front and bought Stoptech slotted rotors and bought the entire rear kit. Everything was in stock and was shipped quickly.
I'm going to chem film, anodize, or prime the brackets though. I don't want unfinished aluminum holding my calipers on....epecially with the amount of snow that Oklahoma DOT likes to put on the roads/highways.

I don't think you need to spend too much time on the bracket.

It's 3:30 central time and I just finished the install. I didn't get started until 10pm though. The kit did not come with instructions and the bracket was actually pretty difficult to figure out....there's an order that must be followed for the caliper to fit and it took me about 6 different sequences. Also, the rear rotors were seized up pretty good. My neighbors are going to kill me tomorrow for banging on them at 1:30am! I cut the dust shields off too, that took some time. I bled the system tonight and I'm going to drive around tomorrow then re-bleed it again. It looks really great, too bad it's been raining for the past 4 days here so my car is dirty! I'll do the DIY and post plenty of pictures, including the 1 and only way to attach the brackets successfully sequence. Time for bed....

So today is the first day in about three weeks that it hasn't rained. The roads are finally mostly dry so I decided to see what these brakes can do. WOW, they stop quickly! Great pedal feel and great f/r brake bias considering the rears grew substantially. Overall, braking control was much more reassuring than OEM. The real test however will be at the track on June 29th. I'll have some nice video for that, I'll make sure to stick my GoPro mount right behind the front wheel well.
Also, I'm gauging interest on the individual brackets required to mount the front calipers to a 350z. I need to see if the sponsorship fees are worth doing this. I have the brackets modeled up using a 3D cad package and my shop is making the first prototype now. If the demand for these are low then it won't be worth the sponsorship fees. Please PM or reply if you are interested in these.

Used twins DIY to help me with mine this weekend. Lots of help, great pics. Got it done by myself except for bleeding the brakes in about 4 hours with some b.s.ing. Definatley handy to have a compresser and an airsaw with fine tooth blades to cut the dustshields. I was using two jack stand to work front to rear. If it was on a lift or four jackstands it would have gone alot faster.
Don't be afraid to do this, its pretty straight forward after you have looked at twinns diy a few times.
