is the Coupe Sport Suspension noticeably stiffer ??

I've had a sport suspension sittin in my garage for a few weeks now, trying to figure out a few things before I get down and dirty.... so I been searching a few threads trying to figure out about the 2006+ Coupes that have the sport suspension.
I wanna know what the difference is from regular coupe suspension..... is it stiffer springs, or stiffer shocks... or stiffer shocks and springs ???

since I have aftermarket springs on my stock non sport struts right now, what I really wanna know is if I just swap my old struts with the sport ones, will the ride be stiffer than my current setup ?? is it even worth doing it, or would it be a minor difference not worth the few hours of work ??

thanks

2005-2007 coupes delivered on oem 19" wheels have the sport suspension

stiffer shocks
25% stiffer rear springs (427lbs vs 342lbs)
Stiffer front sway bar (est +17%)

Where did you research? Most all oem data points originate from my research and from members that lent me parts to test.

^ I title searched "Sport Suspension" and actually looked at all the threads.

the answer I was looking for is, since I have aftermarket springs, if it's worth swapping out just the stock 04 struts and putting in the Sport struts. Will it be noticeably stiffer with less body roll, or is it just not worth doing it ?

Gsedan, you got PM. thanks

so anybody got the answer to my question I posted above ??

I would like to keep my aftermarket springs, but is it worth swapping out just the stock 04 struts and putting in the Sport struts. Will it be noticeably stiffer with less body roll, or is it just not worth doing it ?

I hate to be a thread bumper, but I need an answer to this guys... I've searched literally every thread, spent about 2 hours reading through all of them and couldn't get my answer.
I pm'd a few forum regulars but no luck, thanks for your help. From my research I found out that on sport suspension the front springs are the same rate, while the rear springs are stiffer. This doesn't help me at all since I don't plan on using the sport springs, just the struts.

So I need to know if Sport struts combined with Tein springs will give me a noticeably stiffer ride than stock non sport struts with Teins

thanks

does anyone have a confirmation on what identifying marks the OEM sport suspension has on it? I bought a strut and spring setup from someone a while ago that I used to put together my tokicos, but now that my old OEM are off I was going to use the lower mileage set I bought instead, I just want to confirm what style i have.

sorry to thread jack

your ride will be stiffer, as in you will feel the road more. if your looking for handling best mod to do is upgrade your sways, or upgrade to a 05+ strut bar which is larger and stiffer than 03-04 models if you want to stay oem.
