hello, i have an 05 g35 coupe (auto), my steering wheel all of a sudden has gone very hard and stiff and some times it makes it very difficult to turn either left or right. The power steering fluid is full, i dont know what the problem is. I had a full power steering flush done after this happened but it has not helped. can any one tell me what the problem might be, am i looking at some major mechanical work.

did you check the belt?

how do i know which is the power steering belt, sorry i am horrible with car tech and all

Look at the engine and see if you notice any pulleys with out a belt. If it was the belt then it probly be gon since they snap off.
