H&R Coilovers - Street Performance Coilovers
Hey Guys
I am interested in buying a set of coilovers for my g35 coupe. I have come across a set of H&R Coilovers - Street Performance Coilovers. Just wondering if any of you have a set or know of anyone that has used this set up before. I am looking for a review of some sort. Let me know if you have any opinons.
Below is a description from the H&R website
Product Description
H&R coil overs are engineered for street use. Unlike traditional twin-tube shock absorbers, H&R Coil Overs feature a state-of-the-art mono-tube gas shock construction. Combined with the knowledge and skill of H&R’s suspension engineers, the use of this state-of-the-art technology results in the best suspension product that you can buy for your vehicle.
H&R is the originator of the true coil over system for the street and continues to lead the market with an extensive line of applications. Each shock is tuned with a progressive rate spring that is engineered from its inception to work with the shock’s valving, creating a finely tuned suspension system. H&R Coil Overs are the suspension answer for everybody, from daily drivers to the serious tuner.
Features
Unrivaled comfort, performance
Lowering range of 1.0 to 2.5 inches on average
Fully threaded shock body for adjustable vehicle lowering
Awesome handling and ride comfort

Thanks
Daniel

they're a good company, but no knowledge on my part with regards to our cars specifically. if you're getting them for street driving and appearance reason then you'll probably be fine.
Some Z guys are installing these next week. http://my350z.com/forum/north-west/4...oil-overs.html

thanks rookie
That was a good read. I might wait to pick they up to see it they work out on a few of the Z cars. I was also going to pick up the Stance GR's but now reading about the true vs oem style coilovers I think I will stick with oem.
thanks
again

My experience with H&R has always been good. H&R headquarters is up in the PNW, if I remember right. Those Z guys are getting the kits through a friend of mine, it's an excellent deal right now.

I haven't tried these on a G or Z yet, but I have had only positive experiences with H&R in the past. I know the MR2 guys love them, too bad they were discontinued for that car. They were very affordable, and sold like hot cakes before they went out of production! All positive reviews from the MR2 guys.
