2003 - 2005 G35 Brake Swap

I've heard that the upgraded brakes on the 2005->newer G35s will fit 03-04 Gs, and will alleviate the fast wearing/warping issues on those cars.

What's involved with the swap? Do I just need the calipers and rotors? Will there be clearance issues my stock 17" wheels?

I looked around the forums but couldn't find anything addressing this (most were people going from standard brakes to BBKs).

Thanks!

I just took a cruise through the first 500 of your posts. Guess I missed it. Could you narrow it down for me?

That's great! Thanks.

Do you need to trim the rear AND front dust covers? What did you use to do that?

Just the rear. My weapon of choice was a grinder with a cut off wheel. You can cut it off like I did, cut slits and bend each little section up or whatever.
