crap..
so... aftermarket springs are pretty much just for lowering...?
is it just because i have the sport package with the better springs that i don't
need to touch them..?
i heard a lot of people say the progressive springs are not predictable.. i never track the car or anything but i love to zip around up in the hills by my house and i feel like my car doesn't handle well at all..and after all i have read i feel like if i were to get the eibachs , it would handle worse...
the 350z tein h-techs are linear but the spring rates are:
358/375
so since i have 314/427 that means the fronts would be a bit stiffer but the rears would b softer correct... not good right?
thankx for ur time mang.. i;m torn on what to do but it seems like people want the springs that i have and i don't want it any worse than it is..

Spring purpose is primarily to hold the body up. Tire quality and vehicle weight represents 90% of what is possible.
Study tirerack suspension tests where springs, shocks, and sway bars are changed with only a 1.5-3% at best improvement. Don't confuse body roll or steering feel with any material gains in handling...........slalom or peak g's.

Exact opposite problem with tires except that people don't realize that in the same size on the same vehicle different tires can change wet panic braking by 35 feet from just 50 mph 91 feet > 126 feet.
