Tein S-Tech or Eibach
Remember this set of numbers when looking at the data below
Your oem springs rates are 314/342
^ opps, you don't have the sports suspension I edited the rear spring rate to reflect that
Tein S-tech G35(fronts are progressive, rears are linear) 1.2"/.9"
Spring rates in LBS 358/274
I dont't have Eibach sportline spring rates, but the drop is -1.6"/-1.4"
IMO, too much drop on oem shocks. rates are going to be stiffer then coupe prokits which also makes them a poor choice since your car has the softer non sport shocks
IMO a better spring could would be 350Z Tein S-techs, though they are at the upper limit of what I'd run with your oem non sport shocks
Tein S-tech 350z (fronts are progressive, rears are linear) -1.2"/-1.1" on a G35 coupe
Spring rates in LBS 386/402 (estimated front intial rate is 327lbs

Thanks for the input, Gsedan35!
However I am running 18's and I think the extra drop would help make the wheels look a little less "too small" for the car.

I there were only 4 stages of the tint. And I just choose 3rd in the back and 2nd in the front
Going for that extra drop is a bad idea with oem shocks of any kind, your suspension needs travel to function well and provide decent ride quality. Anything past 1.3" should be done with a coilover setup. But, I'm smart enough to have seen all this before, looks over function,....I can help you with that. Good luck with whatever you do.
I think - for the moment - I only really want to lower the car for cosmetics. One day, when I save enough for a nice suspension for my baby - coilovers all the way probably complete with EDFC.
Gsedan35, My 2005 G35 Coupe was delivered on OEM 19's (the double 5-spoke look). But, I have since burned off the rubber that was left on the tires and replaced them with some older TSW 18" wheels and Kuhmo tires.
Since the car now sits on 18's instead of 19's - with no near future purchases of rims or suspension - I thought about getting the proline springs to drop the car a little over ~1.5" The tein s-techs (even for the z) sit a little too high on 19's for my taste and I'd rather lower the car more because it helps make the smaller wheels look a little better.
