Brakes Rotor Temperature - Need Someone to Check Theirs

Ok, here is the thing. I adjusted the parking brake on the weekend. I did it according to the FSM (tighten the spring, then loosen them up 5 to 6 clicks; as well as adjustment of the self-locking bolt inside the car). When I was adjusting it, I noticed that even when I loosened the parking brake shoes there was still decent amount of friction when I would turn the rotors by hand.

Right now, after a drive, I've touched the drum section of the rotors (not where the brake pads make contact, but the round black section which touches the wheel) on all 4 wheels, they all feel hot, but the back ones feel a little hotter than the front. I can touch them but if I hold my finger for say 1-2 seconds... it starts to burn a little. Can someone check theirs after a short drive (15 kms/8 miles or so) and tell me if that section of the rotor should just feel warm or if it's normal for it to be pretty hot? And do you have much difference between front and rear?

Also, this is the other thing I'm experiencing now after I did the adjustment. Before, when I'd put my car into neutral and lower the parking brake on my slightly inclined driveway, it would roll down right away. Now when I get into the car after it's sat there for sometime and lower the parking brake, the car won't roll. Once I actually apply the gas and get it going, it will roll even from the exact same spot where it stood and wasn’t previously rolling down from. What could this be?

TIA! Any help will be greatly appreciated!
