OEM Brake Pads

Does anyone know the manufacturers of the oem pads? The dealer is charging 104 but I've seen them online for less than half the price. They say they are OEM, just want to be sure they are the same as what the dealer would be giving me. I've seen Sumitomo, Hitachi, and Akebono. Another question, do the back brake pads have shims?

Thanks.

OEM brake pads....but why?

If you don't mind my asking, "Why would you want OEM brake pads?" All that dust and a very short life, aftermarket pads like HAWK HP and Project Mu pads are far superior with low dust and tripple the life. If you're interested try our MARKETPLACE and buy from our vendors.

I'm used to the way they grab the brakes and prefer to stick with them for now.

OEM pads are the best best, unless you're taking out that baby to a track. Got mine from Rivesrside at about $107. They're one of our sponsors.
