Replaced shocks, should I replace springs also

Replaced shocks, should I replace springs also
Recently I replaced my OEM struts as they were dead.........(with OEM struts).
The ride is a lot better now, but it still feels as if something is not right ..
Do springs wear out over time as well, should I replace them too?
BTW, I have 151,000 miles on the car now.
