i did to the research and i was told after market endlinks were what i needed. the stock ones are too weak for such an application with being lowered and on medium/high stiffness they stock endlinks cant take the agressive angle the endlink is at. If your guna do it do it right, my car is now lowered with zero preload on both my sway bars, where are yours and whoever doesnt have adjustable endlinks will...
I have Hotchkis sways on an 05 sedan and no issues.
they might be stronger, but regardless there is still preload on your sway bars. 05 revised links are only a bandaid for the real issue.
I'd like to know too... I have them on my sedan and have absolutely no problems with them so far...

Any recommendations on aftermarket endlinks? Do you think they should be changed out now or wait to see if the stock ones give out?

How's the ride compare to stock shocks - local roads, rough roads, highway? Any high frequency vibrations with them?
With JIC coils and adjustable sway bars, I had the sways both set at med and that was perfectly fine like that. Handling was very neutral with just a bit of sway for just the right amount of energy transfer. Playing around with the height and other settings along with other mods, I was able to add oversteer or understeer for preference. And by the time I was done, no matter what the speed, point the wheel and the car follows.
Up until I got the coilovers, handling kept improving and I could take turns quicker and easier, much better than stock. Then the coilovers went on, only about 1/4 inch lower than stock, and i had no body roll at all but didn't have traction either. Turns I used to take at 50 I could only take at ~42 now before losing traction, though it was very easy to control.
I've tried all kinds of setups with the coilovers and currently, I am running with no sway bars at all, neither Cusco nor stock. This is the best I have found so far and I am taking that turn around 56. From what I am guessing, the front spring is farrr too stiff and thus removing the sways and letting the suspension work independently has helped a lot. What else can I try to help improve this????
Spring rates 560/392
Stiffness settings for the front/rear sways: Front - 120% and 137% stiffer than stock. Rear - 173% stiffer than stock (22 mm).
Not to re-start the age-old SPL vs Powergrid argument, but IMO a heim joint (SPL) is far better/stronger than a threaded cast rod end (Powergrid). I'd worry about it cracking. I will go with the SPLs -- someday when I get the money, LOL!
