Wheel Stud Help

Ive got a 2003.5 Sedan i got a flat tire on my rear drivers side and when i took my rim off i noticed that there is only 3 wheel studs holding my rim on. I got the replacement studs and lug nuts can anyone help me with instructions on pulling out the old broken studs and replacing them with the new ones. Is this an easy fix? Thank You!!

pretty simple fix. pull the wheel, unbolt your caliper, slide the rotor off. hit the broken studs with a hammer till they pop out of the hub, they may or may not fall completly out depending on where they broke off, if they dont you need to turn the hub untill you see the small hole in the back to slide them out. to install, slide the new studs in, put some washers on the stud and then tighten the lugnut to pull the stud into the hub

Thank you! Sounds easy enough..Im having a problem with my car shutting off and the slip and VDC off lights coming on while im driving do you think this has anything to do with not having the correct amount of studs on the wheel. Also the wheels are 20x10 big and heavy im going to get them off the car asap there big chrome and ugly and it feels like the rear is having trouble getting them up to speed.

no problem. more than likely, your wheels/tires are whats causing the slip and vdc to go off. incorrect tire size is a big culprit. what size tires are on there?
