Exclamation Alignment problem and tire cupping

I know many of the G35 and Z owners struggle with this problem but I couldn’t find anything that really help me. Ok, so it is a 2005 G35 Coupe, 51000 miles, 19in original wheels whit a Falken tires. Let say like 5000 miles ago I start to fill small vibrations and roaring noise on the front between 10-35 mph, and it started to eat my front tires on inside high-low block pattern, I just don’t understand why is so typical for those cars.
I went to the dealership and they told me that is nothing wrong whit the car, as always very helpfully.
So far my front end has be inspected and tested and everything seems OK, and I went for Alignment two times first on Feb. and then on Mar.

Here is both alignments where I just don’t understate what is going on with SAI and Included Angle why is so perfect on the first one and then is so off. But my biggest concern is the tires. Thank you guys, anything will help.

Please if some have any advices, let me know. I'm really tired of that noise and vibrations. I just want to fix it before put any new tires.

Tire pictures are not mine, I found them online, but my tires looks exactly the same.

Explanation of SAI and Included Angle: http://www.familycar.com/alignment.h...on%20%28SAI%29

SAI is not adjustable. I would bet the tech just didn't setup the equipment right to check SAI. The Included Angle is just SAI plus camber. The machine doesn't measure Included Angle, it just does the math. I'd be more concerned with your rear toe and why they are so different from each other. Both of them being in spec isn't good enough, they should be equal or at least within .01° of each other. There was a service bulliten for this issue on the 2003 models. I believe the solution was to set front toe at max in (.08°). You can also take the tires off the wheels and swap them side to side. That way the worn inside edge will get moved to the outside edge.

Sorry, it was a 350Z bulletin not a G35 bulletin. It was also a class action lawsuit that Nissan didn't win.

The best you can do to keep the problem from happening is to set the front toe to max in (.08°), and camber to minimum.

Just looked at your first alignment sheet again...your right front toe was five times higher than the max spec!
