okay, we just fabricated straight pipe for my sedan. headers, cats, straight pipe, to a tanabe muffler. i dont know what happen but all the insulation all popped out of the muffler.. FML car sounds mean and aggressive, but not for a daily driver. i dont want a resonator on it or anything, i just need to know what to do to the muffler. it sounds really really awesome, but extremely RASPY. lol. is there anyway i can just insulate the inside of my muffler even more until it sounds like PUURRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRE sex?

i think i need to record the car and show u what i mean.

That shop is local to me, that 350z is SO LOUD! Its more loud in person then in that video. He has a orange one thats EVEN LOUDER

Yeah my car is extremely raspy as well :-/ I'm pretty sure it's because the Strup test pipes aren't a very high end product

 

unless you added a 2nd VQ it isn't gonna sound much like a Ferrari...

We shouldn't offend them like that... imagine if a civic posted that his car sounds like a G35

but yeah, im talking about, i cant even drive in a normal neighborhood without putting every car alarms on. and on the highway, god damn, it's even louder. when i pull off from the light, even louder than all of them. lol, im thinking about adding insulation in my muffler back.

but if you go on youtube and search g35 sedan straightpipe, mine is even louder.
